Oats are undoubtedly a very healthy breakfast option. It is a good source of fibers and carbohydrates. They are filling, and very customizable. One way is to cook them up with milk and then top it up with your favorite fruits. Another way would be to quickly chop some veggies and prepare a hearty porridge. Or if you are running really late, heat some oil, add some cumin and add oats with frozen peas or other available veggies and just add spices according to your taste. Cover them and cook for about 3-4 minutes. Breakfast ready in 5 minutes.

Veggie Sandwich

A veggie sandwich is not only filling, but a great way to jump into the day. Just roughly chop some tomatoes and onions. If you can add capsicum or boiled potatoes if you wish. Add a dash of ketchup and a little Mayo (optional) with salt and pepper. Just give a nice mix and stuff into your favorite bread. Grill it or toast it on a pan. Voila! All set to go.

It is a no brainer that peanut butter is healthy and yummy at the same time. Just spread some peanut butter on a slice of bread. Sprinkle some flax seeds or chia seeds and you are good to go. You can also add some crushed almonds or pistachios if you like.
