The first teaser introduced Carol Danvers (Brie Larson) as a military pilot who ends up being caught in an intergalactic battle of the Krees and the Skrulls. In the first trailer, we saw our superhero punch an elderly woman which was quite controversial. The second trailer, however, reveals she was actually a Skrull who gives a tough time to Carol.

Unlike other films of the Marvel Galaxy, this one is a prequel. The backdrop of the story is set to the times before the arrival of Iron Man, Thor, Captain America, and the Incredible Hulk. However, we still think that it might roll out some connections with the Avengers: Infinity War.

The trailer also takes us through a series of flashback sequences showing the transformation of the cute little carol to Captain Marvel. We also got a glimpse of Mr. Spock’s green blood and Nick Fury without his eyepatch (Isn’t it really cool)
Set in the times of 1990s the film was introduced when 2018’s Avengers: Infinity War featured the hero’s logo in a post-credits scene. In that scene, Jackson’s Fury struggles and finds his pager to send a message to Captain Marvel as Thanos begins to dissolve half the population and then vanishes.

Captain Marvel release date:

Captain Marvel will hit the screens on March 8 in the US and UK. It will be released on March 7 in Australia, about two months before Avengers 4 hits.
